How to Find & Save Your Costco Receipts Online

Lost a paper receipt or need an invoice for a Costco.com order? Costco provides online access to many warehouse receipts and Costco.com order invoices from the last two years. The steps and limitations differ by purchase type.

Finding Warehouse Receipts on Costco.com

Your membership must be verified and linked to the Costco.com account you use to sign in.

  1. Sign in to your member account at Costco.com.
  2. Click Orders & Returns in the top-right navigation bar.
  3. Select the In-Warehouse tab under Orders & Purchases.
  4. Use the Showing menu to choose the relevant six-month period.
  5. Open the purchase you need. If your browser offers it, use Print and choose Save as PDF to keep a copy.

Costco says warehouse receipts are shown in six-month increments for up to two years. New purchases can take up to 24 hours to appear. For an older warehouse receipt, visit the membership desk at your local warehouse.

Warehouse Purchases That May Not Appear

Costco currently lists the following exceptions from warehouse purchase history on Costco.com:

Pharmacy purchases can appear as “Universal.” For help with a missing purchase, contact your local warehouse or Costco Customer Service.

Finding a Costco.com Order Invoice

  1. Open Orders & Returns on Costco.com and sign in.
  2. Choose the date range in which you placed the order.
  3. Select View Order Details next to the order.
  4. Select Print Invoice. If your browser offers it, choose Save as PDF to keep a copy.

Costco says invoices for Costco.com orders from the last two years are available online. For an older order, or if you cannot print the invoice, contact Costco Customer Service. Costco says it can email a copy to the original billing email address.
