Found a lower Costco price on something you bought within the last 30 days? The request route depends on whether you bought it at a warehouse or on Costco.com. Costco reviews and decides every request.
Confirm that the Costco price dropped within 30 days of your purchase. If the lower price is tied to a promotion with specific dates, make the request while that promotion is still active.
Bring your receipt or have the relevant purchase information available. You can also find many warehouse receipts in your Costco.com account after your membership is verified.
Ask at the Returns counter at the Costco location where you made the purchase. Explain that Costco’s price is now lower and ask about a possible price match. The warehouse will review the request.
Open Costco’s official Price Match guidance and select Request a price match.
Enter the order and item information requested by Costco. Check that the request is within 30 days of purchase and, where applicable, within the active promotional dates.
If Costco approves the request, it says the credit is typically issued within 5 to 10 business days to the original form of payment.
Costco reserves the right to deny a request. If you think relevant information was missed, ask Costco Customer Service or the original warehouse to review the purchase details.
